Develop and manage innovative community & marketing strategy (Social media channel management, IDO, exchange listing campaign, AMA, events, workshops, ambassador program, PRs, etc...)

Lead and develop the in-house marketing team

Developing workflows and processes for business operations as well as legal compliance

Design, develop and deliver an annual operating plan for the company's growth

Design and implement budgets for the company’s operation and assist in any fundraising which may be required from time to time

Communicate our mission and core message to a mainstream audience

Work closely with our engineering and design teams to keep our marketing and communications in lockstep with our product releases.

Crypto experience, you already have experience with Crypto campaigns and crypto native users

Have experience in product marketing, project management and solution selling

Proven track record in marketing & growth hacking activities (Affiliates, Influencers, Referrals, and other channels...)

Experienced in working with tech startups (blockchain & cryptocurrency)

Ability to build a world-class consumer brand

Strong evidence of delivering results

Experience managing positive employee relations

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Ideally led teams and business growths in the crypto space
